We are a Tobacco Company 'DUPNITSA-TABAK' Ltd. based in the town of Dupnitsa, 60 km south of Sofia, in Bulgaria. Our main activity is processing of bulgarian tobacco : tobacco expansion, tobacco curing, green leaf threshing plant, export , manufacture, import, export and/or distribute Tobacco products. We also offer rent out storage place for facilities and processing of tobacco up to 20 000 tons.
We offer large storage places for a long-term (up to 10 years) rent to advanced and prosperous companies The store-buildings were used for storage of tobacco products and because of that, they have suitable infrastructure. Which allows easy access for delivery, storage and transport of produce. It is a good place for storing of ready production and use it for other purposes as ... well.
The Storage Premises comprise total up to 60,000 quarter meters as there are 4 storage places. In addition there is a 7-storey Administrative Building of 1,846 quarter meters. All the premises are in good condition and well-maintained.
There are other facilities, as follows:
o An access to a 3-line Railway Station which assists the easy transportation of raw resources and ready production to and out of the premises. It is the largest loading-unloading station in the entire region.
o All Storage Places are adjusted for work with heavy duty, big trucks.
o There is a massive weighting-machine in proximity.
o A loading-unloading elevator for heavy duty loads.
o All Storage Premises are electricified with a possibility for gasification, an access to unlimited use of water, etc.
o A small but functional air station is on its way to be put in full operation soon.
